Hi, I'm Dr. Kady


My health story started as a sophomore in high school while working at a nursing home and is currently still progressing while I work as a chiropractor at my clinic In Rochester.


While working at this nursing home, it blew my mind to see how most of the people living there weren’t actually living but essentially being kept alive by the multiple medications they were on. Some of the residents loved it there, but for the most part, the overall status was lonely and sad. It was then I realized I wanted to be a doctor but one that didn’t hand out medications. I wanted to help people to not need them in the first place. 


Fast forward, I completed a biology major with an emphasis in Clinical Laboratory Science in which I completed my clinicals though Mayo.

The fall following graduation, I went to Northwestern School of Health Science in Bloomington, MN to complete my Doctorate of Chiropractic degree. During this time, I also completed over 200 hours of continuing education all on acupuncture/oriental medicine, nutrition, muscle testing, and body tone. Since then, I have completed countless more hours of education and read numerous books to further my education.


Grad school is where my personal health took a major dive physically, chemically and emotionally. This course is literally the compilation of what has worked to heal and what we do as a family now to continue facilitating that health and wellbeing. 


Since then, I opened my own practice in 2018 where I have helped hundreds of patients by using this knowledge.
